Very very sad to learn of Rick’s passing. Rick and my brother Steve Cotanch
were best friends as kids growing up in Nokomis and they were always
up to something. Melvin, Dorothy and Rick were very special to me and now
they are gone from Nokomis. Rest in peace Ricky. You were special.

We are heartbroken by the loss of our wonderful lifetime friend. You will be missed so much. You were around our family for over 50 years. Rick watched all our children grow up and have their own children. He was like their Uncle. What a fantastic athlete u were in all sports, fishing, bowling, golfing, softball, baseball and of course basketball. Thank you for all the lessons. A great teacher in any subject. Our family will miss you and all the wonderful conversations. Rest in peace. Love you, Ricky.
