Wesley Oliver Johnson

Wesley Oliver Johnson, 3, of Nokomis passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Wesley was born September 2, 2020, in St. Louis, MO, the son of Kevin M. and Nicole H. (Presnell) Johnson.  He was beloved by his parents, siblings, grandparents, and all who knew him.  Wesley especially loved dinosaurs, T-Rex being his favorite.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Tim Presnell and Danny Fixsal.

Wesley is survived by his parents, Nicole and Kevin Johnson of Nokomis; siblings, Lyla Hoffert, Nathan Johnson, Kody Johnson, and Spencer Johnson; maternal grandmother, Tammy Morgason of Pana; paternal grandparents, Susan and Kevin Johnson of Taylorville; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation & Funeral Ceremony: The family will receive friends from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023, at Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home, 200 E. State Street, Nokomis, IL 62075.  The funeral ceremony will follow the visitation at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Myron Kirk officiating.

Interment will follow the ceremony at Nokomis Cemetery.
