Shirley J. (Hill) Vandenbergh

Shirley J. Vandenbergh 76 of Nokomis passed away Friday October 12, 2018 in the emergency room of Taylorville Memorial Hospital, Taylorville, Illinois. The daughter of Wilbur G. Hill and W. Fern (Carter) Hill she was born July 26, 1942. Shirley married Clarence "Tony" Vandenbergh November 25, 1961 in St. Louis Catholic Church, Nokomis, IL.He passed September 18, 2016.

She is survived by sons Rick (Sheri) of Fillmore, IL., Gary (Sharon) of Dallas Texas, Bob (Beth) of Ashland and daughter Tara (Matt) Hall of Vandalia, grandchildren April Blevins, Seth, Sol, Nick, Kolby and Abigail Vandenbergh, Brody and Kelsey Hall and 9 great grandchildren and a brother. brother Rusty (Barb Garner) Hill of Kincaid. she was preceeded in death by her husband, parents and a sister Linda Michael.

Funeral Mass will held Monday October 15, 2018 at 10 am in St. Louis Catholic Church, Nokomis, visitation is Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. in Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home with the rosary at 7:00 pm. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Pana.  Memorials suggested to St. Louis School Foundation or Shane Cole Park both in Nokomis.
