Sharon Lehnen

Sharon A. Lehnen, 88 of Nokomis passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 8:45 a.m. at Montgomery Nursing and Rehab in Hillsboro. She was born on February 21, 1937, in Royal Oaks, MI, the daughter of Hubert Ray and Fairy May (Collis) Hills. She married Larry P. Lehnen on February 21, 1958, in Pana, IL and he preceded her in death on December 29, 2020. Sharon was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church until they closed and then she attended The First Baptist Church in Nokomis, IL.   

Sharon is survived by her son: Loren (Monica) Lehnen of Dallas, TX and grandsons: Ethan (Margaret) Lehnen and Andrew Lehnen of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Larry Philip Lehnen Jr.  

Private Graveside service for Sharon will be held at Nokomis Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Nokomis.

Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis is assisting the family with arrangements.
