Richard was born October 7th, 1940, to Sherman Frazier and Edna (Fender) Frazier in Louisville, Illinois. He spent most of his life living in Nokomis, but also lived in Louisville for a time. He loved listening to music at Nashville North and enjoyed western movies, especially those with John Wayne. Richard was known by all tobe loyal and honorable.
