Nancy J (Pearse) Huddleston

Nancy J. Huddleston, 65 of Nokomis, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021 at 4:50 PM at Nokomis Rehab and Healthcare Center in Nokomis.

Nancy was born June 6, 1955 to Loretta Pauline (McLean) and Alfred Eugene Pearse in Hillsboro. She graduated from Nokomis High School with the Class of 1973.

She married Terry Huddleston and they later divorced.  Nancy was employed as a Certified Nursing Assisant for many years and was of the Baptist faith. 

Nancy is survived by her children Tammi Andries of Coalton and Adam (Ashley) Huddleston of Nokomis; grandchildren Ian Andries of Springfield, Hannah Andries of Peoria, Alyssa Huddleston, Aleigha Huddleston and Adan Huddleston all of Nokomis; siblings Sharon Lindstrom of Oakland, Marilyn Carver, Tricia Currie and Sandy Grigg all of Witt; Larry (Debbie) Pearse of Nokomis and Gary Pearse of Pana.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Settle and brother, Dennis Pearse.

Services for Nancy Huddleston will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM prior to the service.

Burial will be at Nokomis Cemetery following services.

Memorials may be directed to the family or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
