Nadine Anne (Bowers) Reynolds

Nadine Anne Reynolds, 72, of Nokomis, IL passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 7:54 A.M. at her residence.

She was born on September 26, 1950 in Hillsboro, IL, a daughter of the late Harley and Ruth (Colonius) Bowers.

Nadine graduated from Nokomis High School with the class of 1968 and was a child care provider for more than thirty years for families in the surrounding area. She previously worked for Wal-Mart in Taylorville for several years. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Coalton, IL.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and going on shopping adventures with her daughter and grandchildren. Nadine enjoyed the Christmas season and decorating for the holidays, especially her Christmas village of more than 100 houses. She also enjoyed gardening.

She married Gary Reynolds on October 18, 1969 in Witt, IL and he survives.

Siblings, Nannette (Greg) Stark, Patricia (Phil) Bailey, Denise (Mark) Bailey, Kim (Brian) Hayes, Kevin (Paula) Bowers, Rodney (Donna) Bowers, Stephen Bowers, and Jaren (Lisa Deluka) Bowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Nathan Lee Reynolds, brother, Lamar Reynolds.

Public Visitation will be held Friday, November 18, 2022 from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis, IL. Cremation rites will follow. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorial contributions to Montgomery County Cancer Association or the Family of Nadine Reynolds.
