Maureen Juanita Millburg, 91, of Nokomis passed away Sunday December 19, 2021 St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur.
Services for Mrs. Millburg will be held Monday, December 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Louis Catholic Church of Nokomis with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Maurice Cemetery in Morrisonville. Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home of Nokomis is assisting the family.
Mrs. Millburg was born on October 9, 1930 in Morrisonville, Illinois to Aloysius and Mary (Todt) McLean. She and Eugene Millburg were married n Morrisonville and he preceded her in death on September 22, 2001.
Mrs. Millburg is survived by her children, Stephen (Pamela) Millburg of Birmingham, AL, Matthew Millburg of Nokomis, Katherine Millburg of Fairbanks, AK, Martin (Sharon) Millburg of Tampa, FL, Peter (Joyce) Millburg of Bloomington, IL, Eric (Lynn) Millburg of Maroa, Illinois, Linda Fields of Decatur, Juanita (Stephen) Maxwell of Taylorville. Sisters, Diane (Richard) Brown of Hillsboro and Pauline Clower of Chicago; 12 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 3 step great, great grandchildren.
Preceding Mrs. Millburg in death, in addition to her parents were her son, Lawrence Millburg; brothers, Norman Joseph McLean in infancy, Aloysius James McLean, Jr, and sister Mary Catherine McLean.
Memorials are suggested to St. Louis Catholic Church of Nokomis.
