Joseph "Joe" Edward Lowe

Joseph "Joe" E. Lowe 59 of Witt, Illinois passed away Friday, March 25, 2022 at his home in Witt, Illinois. The son of JT and Kathleen (Hopley) Lowe he was born February 19, 1963 in Hillsboro, IL. He married Billie Briggs October 11, 2003. She survives as do children Shelby Thacker of Maryville, IL. and Blake Thacker of Raymond, IL. and sister Dawn (Brad) Young of Hillsboro. Joe was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers Mike, Jack and Phil Lowe.

Joe graduated from Witt Schools, retired from Illinois Department of Corrections and was a proud member of the Witt Lions.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Saturday April 2, in the Witt Lions Park Building. Dawn Young will be sharing thoughts and prayers. Burial will follow in Witt Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Witt Lions Club.
