Janice E. (Zepp) Ramsey

Janice E. (Zepp) Ramsey, 74 of Florissant, Missouri passed away Tuesday Aug. 17, 2021 in Bentwood Nursing Home, Florissant, MO. The daughter of Carl E. and Laura A. (Lowe) Zepp she was born March 19, 1947 in Hillsboro, IL. Janice is survived by her daughter-in-law Tara Ramsey, grandchildren Kenneth (Trey) Ramsey III, Kendall Jo Ramsey, aunt Jeanette Ross, niece Allison Rhoades, nephew Chris Rhodes,  cousin Roger Ross, other cousins and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, son Kenneth Ramsey Jr. and her sister Carol Ann Harris.

Janice attended Millikin and SIU-E graduating in 1969 with a degree in Business Administration. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ferguson, Missouri, an insurance specialst and active in the AmVets Auxillary, Boy Scouts, Emergency Management, POW-MIA, and the Parks Board in Florissant, MO.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 21, 2021 in Witt Cemetery, Witt, IL with Rev. Roger Ross  officiating.  Visitation from noon to service time at the cemetery.

Memorials suggested to Special Olympics Illinois.
