Janet Lee (Bents) Roseland

Janet Lee Roseland 84, of Witt, IL. passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 9:22 am in her home.

Janet the daughter of Edward Bents and Hannah Fiken Bents was born December 31, 1933  in Fairmont, Minnesota. She had worked at Ronk Electrical Industries in Nokomis and then for the Coffeen Power Plant as a supervisor.

She had married Clyde DeWitt and Roland Ray Roseland. She is survived by sons Danny (Karyn Stalets) Roseland of Coalton,  David Eagan Roseland of Sikeston, Missouri and Leland Carl (Lesley) Roseland of Carleton, Michigan and daughter  Robin (Jon) Osborn of Hillsboro, IL, grandchildren Amy Roseland, Tara Baker, Davey Roseland, Susan Lentz, Matt Osborn, Kevin Osborn, Chelsie Roseland and her wife Meg and Gage Roseland and a sister Lois Camlin of Truman, Minnesota.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents, a son Lyle Ray Roeland in 1993, a granddaughter Christina Woodall and brother Lyle and sister Ivie Domonic.

After a private family inurnment in Witt Cemetery on Saturday May 25, 2019 the family invites their extended family and friends to a celebration of life gathering at The Witt Bar starting at 2:00 p.m.
