James R White

James R "Jim" White, 89, of Irving died Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 10:44 PM at Nokomis Rehabilitation & Healthcare.

Mr. White was born April 19, 1930 in Hillsboro to Wilbur R. and Zelma (Caulk) White.  He married Wanda Louise Lylera on April 21,1951 in Irving and she preceded him in death on April 4, 2014.

Mr. White was a high school graduate and served his country in the Army from 1951 to 1953.  He was bank president at Security National Bank in Witt

Survivors include his daughter Valerie Sue Richardson (husband Jeff) of O'Fallon, MO, grandchildren Heather (Kyle) Nestler, Leslie (Shawn) Roemelin-Murray, Amber (Duane) Albers, great grandchildren Sarah Nestler, Faith Nestler, Brianna Nestler, Paige Roemelin, Connor Roemelin, Emily Albers, Kennedy Albers, brothers Dale White and Don White both of Irving and daughter-in-law Diane White of Irving.

Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents, wife Wanda, sons James Deveron White, Dean White  and great grandson Dylan Roemelin. 

Graveside services are planned for Saturday July 13, 2019 at 10:00 am in Irving Cemetery, Irving, Illinois

Memorials may be directed to Montgomery County Cancer Association.

Services are being handled by Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis
