Dorothy E. (Ruppert) Noyes

Dorothy E. Noyes 97 of Nokomis passed away Sunday March 17, at 3:40 am in Montgomery Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Taylor Springs, Illinois.

Dorothy the daughter Nicholas Ruppert and Louise Stanley Ruppert was born January 29, 1922 in Nokomis. She married Charles "Slim" Noyes April 8, 1962 in Decatur and he passed awa July 9, 1998. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Hilt of Hillsboro and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, children Dale Barker, Orville Barker, Linda Bain, Judy Coleman, Patricia Stanley, Harold Barker, siblings Harold Ruppert, Juanita Rhodes, Ruby Jones, Elda Carroll, Viola Ruppert and Alvie Ruppert.

She was a homemaker, attended school for nine years and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Nokomis.

Funeral services were held Tuesday March 19, 2019 in Trinity Lutheran Church Nokomis with Pastor Bert Eickhoff officiating. Burial was in Irving Cemetery, Irving, Illinois
