Darline was born on July 6, 1929, in Morrisonville, IL, to Leland “Lee” and Sadie (Meyer) Lamb. She attended Morrisonville schools and graduated from the Illinois State University with a degree in Physical Education. She came to Nokomis to teach and there met her future husband, James Tosetti. Darline taught in the Morrisonville School District for most of her career. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority for more than 70 years and had been a member of the Hillsboro Country Club for many years, where she had served as president, volunteered at numerous golfing events and played many games with friends and family. Anyone who knew Darline knew that she had 3 hobbies: golf, cards and - BINGO!
Darline is survived by many nieces and nephews from across the USA. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sister, Deloris Kalinoski of California, nephews Dr. James Tosetti of Oregon and Terry Kalinoski of Kentucky; nieces Barbara (Tosetti) Selvaggio of Springfield and Anita (Tosetti) Johnson of Wisconsin.
