Clarence William Keiser, 95, of Witt, IL, passed away January 30, 2022 at 3:50 P.M. at the Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro, IL.
He was born on October 2, 1926 a son of the late Benjamin C. Keiser and Genevieve (Fricke) Keiser.
Clarence was a farmer and truck driver most of his life. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Nokomis, IL, member of the American Farm Heritage in Greenville, IL, Massey Collectors of Illinois, Massey Collectors of American, Midstate Tractor Club and was a Rountree Township Officer.
Mr. Keiser was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
He married the former Melba Irene Luken on February 19, 1955 and she survives. They were married 67 years.
He is also survived by his son, David (Sasha) Keiser of Marine, IL and granddaughter Oliva Keiser; sister, Doris Johnson of Nokomis, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Dan Keiser; brother, Roy Keiser; sister, Betty Dahler
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Nokomis. Pastor Chris Prumm will officiate. Visitation will be Friday, February 4, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the church. Burial will take place in the St. Paul’s Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or American Farm Heritage.
