Catherine (Urban) Lewis

Catherine Lewis, 83 of Nokomis passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 in Ormand Beach, Florida.  The daughter of Steve and Helen (Novak) Urban, Catherine was born November 4, 1937 in Springfield, Illinois. She married Robert H. Lewis Sr. October 8, 1958 in Hillsboro, IL. He passed away February 7, 1998. She was a cook at the Nokomis High School. She is survived by children Jerry Lewis of Bogota, Columbia, South America, Laura (Carl) Hixon of Ormond Beach, Florida, and Robert (Kristal) Lewis Jr. of Fillmore, Illinois and grandchildren Katrina Harden, Aaron Lewis, Kayla Lewis and great grandchildren Abby Rock, Paige Lewis and Christian Frayek.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Barry.

Funerals Services will be held Friday June 18 at 11:00 am in Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home, Nokomis with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Nokomis. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to services.
