Bernadine Joyce Brown

Bernadine Joyce Brown, 62, of Murray, Kentucky, formerly of Hillsboro, passed away June 1, 2023, at Anna Mae Owen Hospice Hospital in Murray, Kentucky. 

Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home of Nokomis is assisting the family with arrangements with a graveside service will be at 9:30 AM at Ramsey Cemetary on Tuesday June 13, 2023.

Ms. Brown was born August 14, 1960, to Espy and Evelyn (Murkin) Brown in Hillsboro, Illinois.   She attended 14 years of schooling and had been employed by Capri IGA in Hillsboro and Hillsboro Junior High School as a Teacher’s Aide.  She was member of Assembly of God Church in Coffeen. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her brother, Danny Brown.

Bernadine is survived by her children:  Krista (Jeremy) Gunderson of Hillsboro, Latasha (Michael) Riley of Murray, Kentucky, and Jonathan (Samantha Thomas) Williamson of Taylor Springs; grandchildren:  Emma Williamson, McKinley Riley, Michael Riley, Jr, Jasmine Hartline, Dallas Hartline, Kendra Thomas, Kylie Thomas and Zackary Williams; great grandchildren:  Alaney Hartline, sisters: Mildred (Carl) Morefield of Ramsey and Amanda Wehrle of Greenville and brother:  Jim (Shirley) Brown of Ramsey.
