Barbara Joan (Savage) Beaman

Barbara Joan Beaman 89 of Nokomis passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at 7,20 pm in Nokomis Rehab & Healthcare. Barbara the daughter of Clifford and Leatha Pickeral Savage was born August 26, 1929 in Coffeen, IL.  She married Alvin Beaman, August 21, 1949 in Hillsboro. He passed away June 6, 2005. She is survived by a son Ronald Beaman and wife Patty, grandchildren Ashley N. Beaman of Nokomis and Brandon (Valerie) Lapsansky-Frizzo of Mt. Olive, IL., great grandchildren Kaleb Beaman, Zaeden Beaman, Jake and Dexter Frizzo.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Alvin and a grandson Chris Beaman and a brother Bill Savage.

She was a farm wife.She was a member of the Methodist Church, American Legion Aux. and the 40 & 8 Aux.

Funeral services will be Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm in Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home, Nokomis with Pastor Mark Milhouse officiating.  Visitation 1 hour prior to services.  Burial at a later date.
