Sympathy and hugs to all the family.  When I think of Lester, I smile as he always had a joke to share and was good at making others smile.  He enjoyed life to the fullest!  May your memories bring you all some comfort during this difficult time.

To Lester's family and to Mary,

Please accept our deepest sympathy.  Lester (and Mary) was a part of our family at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Fillmore and encouraged all of us to live our lives to the fullest.  We so enjoyed the time we spent together.

Lester's son David has been a wonderful employee at Alaya Preschool in Boulder, Colorado for many years.  The love David had and has for his father has always been heartwarming to the people he works with.  May love be the healing power in this time of both sorrow of Lester's passing and the celebration of his life.       The Staff of Alaya Preschool

I am so grateful to have known Lester.  He was always a kind, generous and inspiring man.  It was an honor to be affiliated with him on the NSB board.  Most of all, I regarded him as my friend.

To Lester's family and Mary:

I had the privilege of getting to know Lester on his many trips to the square in Taylorville. He would stop by the office to chat, share stories or deliver citrus fruit for the Rotary Club. We always looked forward to Lester's visits and his genuine interest in what was going on in our lives. I'm glad I had to opportunity to get to know him in the few years we were acquainted. My condolences to his family.
