We are very saddened to hear of Joann's passing. She was a great person, always willing to lend a hand. She will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her and especially by all of us in AFSCME Subchapter 87 retirees where she was very active.
We are presently in Florida and unable to get back. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. David and Becky

Rick, Linda, Bob & other family members,
We were so shocked to hear of Joann's passing, but it's better than being in a Nursing Home for months. We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to everyone. Joann always had a friendly smile for you. She was special to Clem & I, as she helped serve food at our wedding reception along with Wineford Johnson, Ethel Patkus & Dorothy Betzold who belonged to the Thrifty Club with my mother (Marcella Hamlin). That was back in 1962.
May the Lord give you all strength to endure your great loss. Joann will be a great loss to the community also.

It is very sad to hear of aunt Joann's passing.
It was always a highlight to visit with her, uncle Dick, and cousins Rick, Jim, and Bob during my infrequent trips to Illinois. She was an important part of our lives growing up and always reached out and made us feel a part of the family even though we live on the west coast.
I will miss her and the connection she provided to the McCallum/Stillahn side if the family.
My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.
