Dale E. Seagle 85 of Nokomis passed Tuesday April 3, 2018 in Nokomis Rehab & Healthcare in Nokomis, Illinois.
Dale the son of George & Lena (Renfro) Seagle was born December 8, 1932 in Raymond, Illinois. He married Lois Jean Lankford, May 10, 1954 in Charleston South Carolina. She passed October 13, 2010.He is survived by a son Rick Seagle of Assumption and grandchildren Mark (Jennifer) Seagle, Brandi (Dustin) Holliday and Shane (Kirstie) Seagle, great grand children Griffan & Isabella Holliday and McKenzie Moe. He was preced by his parents, wife and sisters Mildred Moss, Gladys Fellows, Mary McElroy and brothers Paul, Earl & Herbert Seagle.
Dale was in the Navy for four years, a farmer and janitor at Nokomis High school. He was a member of Witt Christian Church.
Funeral services will be Thursday April 5, 2018 at 11:00 am in Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home, Nokomis with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial in Nokomis Cemetery with military rites by Waples-Bauer Post 94, Nokomis American Legion.
